#Hiring – Project Admin / Assistant
Remote (1 year contract)
This role supports the smooth delivery of influencer / creator campaigns by focusing on creator administration, campaign documentation, and post-campaign reporting. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working behind the scenes, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle administrative tasks for creators, including data entry, agreement tracking, and coordination for payments.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, documents, and databases with accuracy and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign tasks and deliverables are met.
- Monitor creator content publishing and flag any issues or delays.
- Support post-campaign analysis, including gathering performance data and assisting in report creation.
- Liaise with creators to collect necessary information (e.g., deliverables, banking info).
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely creator payments.
- Occasionally assist in internal or client-facing communication if required.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or campaign assistance.Proficient inBahasa
and
English
(spoken and written).
Able to work remotely and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Able to handle data-entry tasks accurately and meet deadlines.Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); experience with or Salesforce is a plus.Experience in social media management is a plus, especially TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Positive, proactive, and a team player with good communication skills.Project Admin / Assistant (Remote)
