Warehouse Clerk

Answer phone calls and respond to messages professionally and promptly.

Monitor and update stock levels in the inventory system.

Assist in monthly stock take and ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Update inventory data promptly after receiving or dispatching goods.

Assist in monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Prepare and maintain all warehouse-related documents (GRN, DO, PO, stock reports).

Support monthly and annual inventory audits.

Filing document and ensure proper record-keeping of warehouse documents.

Work closely with the Production team to ensure to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate any issues with stock, delivery, or quality to relevant departments promptly.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in clerical or administrative work, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Team player with a positive work attitude.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Extra Bonus)

Working hours : 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm - 6 Days ( Overtime required if necessary).
