Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 5 years of professional design experience. Strong skills in visual design, typography, layout, color, and imagery. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and / or Figma. Experience in branding & identity design (building / maintaining brand guidelines, brand stories, etc.). Understanding of performance marketing (marketing funnels, visual hierarchy, user flow). Portfolio showcasing strong, relevant work. Experience in social media content creation & management. Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut and Adobe After Effect. Video editing and ability to craft storyboards for ad campaigns. Product photography for e-commerce. Previous work in an agency setting or client-facing role. Led by our Director, a former Art Director with extensive industry experience, we are building a passionate team of designers and marketers who want to create meaningful work together.
We are looking for a full-time Creative Digital Designer who’s excited to grow with us, explore different creative challenges, and be part of our startup journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and mobile apps based on client needs.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to turn designs into reality.
- Stay updated on design trends, UX / UI best practices, and emerging digital tools.
- Continuously optimize and refine designs to improve user experience.
- Deliver high-quality design assets such as wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, and brand collaterals.
- Craft creative visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including static graphics and video content.
