Job Responsibilities
Establish and Improve the Group's Financial Management System :
- Formulate and optimize the full spectrum of financial management based on the group's strategic development and support key business decisions.
- Led the development of the group's financial IFRS and regulatory compliance framework by reviewing external contracts and providing financial risk control and optimization recommendations to strengthen compliance and financial support functions.
- Drive the digital transformation of the group's financial management by actively participating in system upgrades and process optimization and assisting in the implementation of ERP and financial shared services.
Improve the Accounting System :
Establish accounting standards and guide teams to refine accounting processes.Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities, consolidate financial reports, and submit them promptly for monthly closing.Ensure all group entities file tax to all relevant tax regulations on time and handle related inquiries.Maintain communication with external auditors, resolve issues, and ensure smooth audit completion.Strengthen the group's asset management system to safeguard assets.Project Analysis and Financial Management :
Prepare and provide management reports with different statistical breakdowns based on business needs; deliver financial analysis and forecasts to support executive decision-making, along with professional recommendations.Implement early-warning controls over expenses and capital to ensure stable business development.Assist with Other Ad-hoc Group Financial Matters.
Job Requirements :
Strong sense of commitment and responsibility, actively monitoring market conditions and growth prospects of the company's business sectors.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields, with 8+ years of financial management experience (including 3+ years in managerial role). ACCA / CPA certification preferred.In-depth knowledge of tax laws and corporate regulations in major global regions; ability to devise sound tax strategies and optimize tax planning.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., investors, auditors).Cross-cultural collaboration capabilities; fluency in Mandarin and English (required for bilingual work scenarios).Strong stress tolerance and willingness to undertake short-term business trips as required.Experience in any of the following areas is a plus : big data processing, auditing, IPOsJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
