Team Management - Lead, coach, and guide the recruitment team (executives & assistants). Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Talent Acquisition - Manage sourcing channels, job postings, and employer branding initiatives. Handle recruitment for key or senior-level positions. Work closely with store management and department heads to understand staffing requirements. Provide regular reports to HR Manager and Management.
Compliance - Ensure recruitment activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience , with at least 2 years in supervisory / lead role .
Experience in F&B or retail industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office / HR systems; Mandarin language ability is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
