We are looking for an e-Commerce manager to join our APAC regional team on an exciting e-commerce journey of consumer‑led, purpose‑driven growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the Michelin brands, Range and Purpose thrive in the digital space and deliver on the e‑commerce growth ambition.

D2C E-Commerce 3rd Party Partner Management
Manage the relationship and performance of Marketplace & e‑Comm. enablersManage the relationship and performance of Digital Supply EnablersCoordinate between Marketplace & e‑Comm. enablers and Digital Supply EnablersD2C E-Commerce Channel & Category Management
Manage Southeast Asia countries, channels and category strategy and execution plan to onboard the right assortment by channel for assigned categoriesInitiate and drive commercial planning and channel promotion to drive sales and excitement to customersD2C e-Commerce performance
Daily, weekly and monthly e‑commerce performance monitoring and gathering insights from local teamsInsightful data collection and analysis from marketplaces in cooperation with e‑Commerce Analytics & BI ManagerCollaborate closely with local teams to build activation plans for growth at local, sub‑regional and regional levelsD2C e-Commerce Content / Campaigns
Work with Marketing teams to provide A+ content for platforms across the region and implement it with local teamsImplement and monitor an aligned pricing strategy per market in cooperation with e‑Commerce Analytics & BI ManagerMarketing Performance (in cooperation with Marketing team)
Collaborate with Marketing team on regional annual, monthly and campaign‑based media plans to optimise for highest traffic and conversion both onsite and offsite mediaAlign social commerce initiatives with overall marketing goalsCreate engaging, conversion‑driven content for various social commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop)Co‑operate with content creators, affiliates and influencers to execute conversion‑led social commerce campaignsWho You Are
BA or equivalent degree in Business or related field is a nice to have3 years of experience managing e‑commerce marketplaces or working at marketplaces in Asia (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)Experience growing e‑commerce businesses in brands / enablers in marketplaces (including demonstration of successful cases)Analytics : ability to combine data from different sources, structure it and turn it into meaningful insights to inform business decisionsStrong interpersonal skills and a desire to work and collaborate with peopleResults oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence; continuous improvement mindsetCommercial mindset and ability to work under pressure and deliver results on timeProblem solving with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves”, “get it done” mentalityReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Michelin by 2x.
