About the role
Saintail Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Admin cum Sales Assistant to join our team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the company's administrative and sales operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support across various departments, including data entry, filing, invoice processing, reconciliation, and maintaining financial records and general office duties
Assisting with sales support duties, focusing on tasks that keep the sales department running smoothly and support sales representatives
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements for the team
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
