Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of content moderators to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines. Monitor daily operations, allocate tasks, and provide coaching to drive team performance. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. Prepare reports on performance, productivity, and quality metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows. Qualifications
Strong proficiency in English. Minimum 2-3 years experience in BPO, content moderation, or supervisory roles. Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive content. Benefits
