Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the go-to-market, seller / brand growth, and merchandise strategy for your category or cluster.
• Break down overall business targets into actionable, measurable plans, and lead the team to achieve them.
• Monitor category performance, identify high-potential merchants and breakout product opportunities, and stay ahead of emerging market trends and risks.
• Implement key merchant programs and initiatives that drive both short-term growth and long-term sustainability.
• Lead a category team, ensure OKRs are met, and foster a culture of performance, agility, and collaboration.
