Pandora Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand marketing collateral.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
• Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
• Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the analysis of marketing data, preparing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
• Uphold brand guidelines and contribute to evolving the brand identity as needed.
