Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing

As the Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing at Fraser & Neave (F&N)', you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive the success of our diverse portfolio of products. In this full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and positioning of our established and emerging brands within the marketing and communications landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among target consumers
• Managing all aspects of brand marketing including market research, campaign ideation, content creation, and channel distribution
• Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in advertising, digital, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and experiences
• Analysing market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decision-making and optimise marketing efforts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers
• Monitoring and reporting on brand health metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to continually enhance brand strategies
