Customer Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive in Eaton’s Aerospace business , based in Malaysia, Shah Alam Selangor .

Responsibilities

• The Customer Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial aspects of Eaton Aero Services (EAS) operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial operations.
• This role involves handling customer inquiries, participating in pricing strategies, customer relationships, account management, market trend analysis, and contract management.
• The role also assists with various commercial activities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team.
• Assist the Commercial Manager in daily commercial operations and administrative tasks including managing customer relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Establish competitive pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights to the Commercial Manager.
• Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management; assist in preparing commercial reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with contracts and market fluctuations.
• Work closely with the APAC Product Sales and Support Manager to align regional strategies and ensure cohesive execution of commercial initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Aerospace MRO sector to drive growth.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• In the absence of the Commercial Manager, oversee all commercial functions to ensure seamless operations.
