Responsibilities

  • Hands-on in equipment function, set-up & conversion for all or any equipment type
  • Ensure equipment operation and maintenance to achieve equipment availability >

90%.

  • Work closely with production, engineering, and other groups and sites to provide effective solutions and support for daily production activities.
  • Ensure spec compliance and follow OCAP for machine troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrates flexibility / adaptability to frequent changes.
  • Able to work in a rotational shift work as and when needed.
  • Good time planning to complete the task on time
  • Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware-related issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) / calibration (CAL) of production equipment.
  • Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
  • Basic communication skills and good learning and feedback ability.
  • Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet the planned KPIs goal

    • Job Requirements

  • Education : Diploma and major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, and related.
  • Language : Basic English reading and writing ability
  • Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in industrial experience with at least equipment maintenance experience in the Semicon Industry.
  • Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
  • Able to write report of equipment troubleshooting
  • Basic communication skills, good learning and feedback ability.
  • Able to relocate and work in Batu Kawan.
