Regional Product Specialist (Trainer)

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct regional training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers aligned with global standards Deliver second‑ and third‑level product and application support for industrial equipment and systems Develop and maintain training content, documentation, and demo equipment Support product launches, seminars, and demonstrations to enhance technical and sales capabilities Collaborate with global product groups to relay market insights, feedback, and competitive intelligence Provide expert advice on product applications, compliance, and process optimization Contribute to the development of marketing and technical materials such as FAQs, whitepapers, and case studies Participate in regional customer visits and events to strengthen product knowledge and engagement Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical support, training, or service within industrial manufacturing sectors Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Solid understanding of automation, instrumentation, and process control systems Basic knowledge of MS SQL, C#, or C++, and familiarity with networking or PLC communication protocols Proactive, independent, and adaptable to regional travel

As a Regional Product Trainer, you will be the technical bridge between product innovation and market success. This position is particularly well‑suited for sales professionals who wish to transition into a non‑sales, knowledge‑sharing role — guiding others through product expertise, technical training, and consultative support.
