About the Job
As a Regional Product Trainer, you will be the technical bridge between product innovation and market success. You’ll lead training initiatives, provide advanced product support, and collaborate with both regional teams and global product groups to enhance technical expertise, drive product adoption, and elevate customer experience across Asia Pacific.
This position is particularly well‑suited for sales professionals who wish to transition into a non‑sales, knowledge‑sharing role — guiding others through product expertise, technical training, and consultative support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regional training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers aligned with global standardsDeliver second‑ and third‑level product and application support for industrial equipment and systemsDevelop and maintain training content, documentation, and demo equipmentSupport product launches, seminars, and demonstrations to enhance technical and sales capabilitiesCollaborate with global product groups to relay market insights, feedback, and competitive intelligenceProvide expert advice on product applications, compliance, and process optimizationContribute to the development of marketing and technical materials such as FAQs, whitepapers, and case studiesParticipate in regional customer visits and events to strengthen product knowledge and engagementSkills & Experience Required
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical support, training, or service within industrial manufacturing sectorsStrong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesSolid understanding of automation, instrumentation, and process control systemsBasic knowledge of MS SQL, C#, or C++, and familiarity with networking or PLC communication protocolsProactive, independent, and adaptable to regional travelHow to Apply
