Manager, Embedded Banking

Overview

Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of digital embedded banking products.

Establish product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy.

Drive product strategies to build value-adding experiences for end users.

Understand user needs and utilize data to ensure constant product iteration and enhance product stickiness and roadmap.

Create and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.

Owning project-level KPIs, measuring progress towards the KPIs.

Manage team goals, project timelines, and delivery dates while ensuring proper allocation of resources and budgets within the team.
