Job Description :
1. Runner Duties (Transportation-Related)
- Manage and settle traffic summons, JPJ renewals, and other vehicle-related matters.
- Deliver and collect documents from JPJ, PUSPAKOM, insurance companies, banks, and other agencies.
- Assist in vehicle inspection processes and ensure timely submission of required documents.
2. Administrative Support
Prepare, file, and maintain records of summons, vehicle licenses, insurance, and inspection reports.Assist in updating databases and logs for company vehicles and drivers.Handle photocopying, scanning, and organizing of transportation-related documents.3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with relevant authorities, agencies, and vendors regarding vehicle matters.Communicate effectively with drivers and operational staff to collect or deliver documents.4. General Office Assistance
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.Requirement
Minimum SPM or equivalent.Valid driving license (car / motorcycle).Have experience 1 year aboveBasic knowledge of JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and traffic summons procedures.Able to work independently and manage multiple errands.Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.Job Types : Permanent, Contract
