  • Review performance data weekly and translate insights into iterative tests, refreshes, and winning concepts
  • Lead a team of designers, editors, and creators—giving clear feedback, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with growth goals
  • Drive innovation in storytelling formats, editing styles, and creative hooks to stay ahead of platform trends
  • Oversee creative production workflows—briefing, review cycles, timelines, approvals, and asset handoffs
  • Partner with Growth, Brand, and Partnerships to ensure creative supports campaigns, product positioning, and UGC content
  • Own asset tagging, licensing compliance, version tracking, and creative libraries for scalable reuse
  • Deliver weekly / monthly creative reports highlighting wins, losses, testing insights, and next steps
  • Forecast bandwidth needs, propose hiring / freelancer support, and scale the team as brand demands grow
