Overview
To co-ordinate the running of the section within the department to achieve the synergies associated with the current existing organization structure
To develop strategy and plan for the sales and distribution strategy for local and foreign markets
To ensure smooth running for the day to day sales, marketing, distribution and customer support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop overall sales and distribution strategy for the section and department.
- To develop pricing strategy for finished goods and spare parts
- To develop customer support strategy for local and foreign markets
- To ensure the smooth distribution of the finished goods and spare parts to customers
- To co-ordinate with material control and production representatives for inventory (Raw materials / Finished Goods) management and production planning.
- To co-ordinate with Finance / HR representatives in financial aspects of inventory management
- To ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SOP and WIP requirement
- To prepare budget for each financial year and ensure budgetary control throughout his / her section
- Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by Head of department and G. M.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical), or equivalent.Required language(s) : Fluent in English, Proficiency in Mandarin would be added advantage.Experiences Candidate are encourage to apply.Preferably Senior Executives specializing in sales industry especially HVACR.Willing to work in Shah Alam and Banting.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
