Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role, located in Shah Alam with some work from home accepted, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional content, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Capability in conducting training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the takaful or insurance industry is a plus
