We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting Medicaid members, ensuring their continued enrollment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a monthly caseload of Medicaid members to ensure timely recertification and continued enrollment.
- Ensure patient satisfaction with their Medicaid plans and services, addressing and resolving any issues they may come across.
- Respond to patients' questions and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with the existing patients.
Requirements :
Proficient in speaking, writing or reading English, Mandarin and / or Cantonese highly preferred to effectively communicate with customers.Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM EST / 9pm-6am Malaysian Time) , Monday-Friday.Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
