Audit Associate / Senior

Responsibilities

Execute audit procedures in compliance with professional standards.

Identify significant accounting and auditing issues.

Execute assigned audit tasks under supervision.

Obtain audit evidence and document observations in the audit work paper.

Check financial statements to validate compliance with accounting standards.

Communicate effectively and proactively to respond to clients and team members.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's or master’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related qualification, with high ethics in the profession.

Accountability and responsibility are essential.

The ability to work autonomously and consistently implement proactive initiatives is essential.

Good time management and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and can carry out instructions.

Fluency in English and Malay, both in verbal and written communication, is required.

Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Strong competency in Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with CCH is advantageous.

Candidates applying for the audit senior role require three years or more of relevant working experience, whereas the audit associate role requires one year or more of relevant working experience.
