Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar for all platforms.
- Launch and manage paid campaigns, tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Handle community engagement by responding to comments and messages, escalating any sensitive, high-impact or negative issues to relevant teams.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend optimizations.
Content Creation & Creative Support
Produce original, platform-specific content, such as captions, graphics and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.Support cross-functional marketing teams in video production through concept development, script preparation, and on-set coordination when needed.Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats to guide content creation and ensure relevance.SEO & Digital Growth
Support off-site SEO initiatives such as backlinks, guest posts, and partnerships to boost visibility.Conduct basic keyword research to optimize content visibility.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management or a related field; fintech experience (forex / crypto) is a strong advantage.Solid knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices; Meta Ads expertise is strongly preferred.Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator is a plus.Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword research and off-site strategies (backlinks, guest posts).Good copywriting ability to produce engaging, brand-aligned content when needed.Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate across regional teams.Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR).Strong project management skills to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple prioritiesWhy Join Us?
