Job Description :

We are looking for experienced and highly driven individuals to support the Assembly and Test manufacturing facility in Penang site as a New Product integrator.

Responsibilities / Expectations

• Plan / manage NPI activities as a product owner that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers. This role will require cross functional departments and organizations engagement and be the focal point of contact for NPI builds execution to ensure successful new product startup from engineering to High volume manufacturing (HVM).
• Identify tasks, determine dependencies, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates, and create / track the project schedule.
• Ensure system setup, process flow, material readiness, and securing capacity for NPI activities / data collection.
• Understanding product challenges and working with technical experts across various groups to provide solutions to a wide range of problems.
• Be able to document all readiness, deliverables, process flow, product build routing, BOM, etc. and own white paper for factory cert qualification.
