Hungry to grow and learn Experience with a Main Contractor advantageous

The Challenges
Pre-Contract Works
- Preparing Tenders, Quotations, Cost Breakdowns
- Get quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors for estimation
- Maintain cost records, filing systems
- Prepare Prequalification for Contractor
- Attend Tender Interview and Briefings
- Collect and submit tenders, when necessary
- Liase with clients, consultants and subcontractors for clarifications
