Base pay range : RM4,000 – RM4,800 + KPI incentives & performance bonuses

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Actively listen and resolve concerns, ensuring positive experiences
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Share product and service recommendations tailored to customer needs
  • Collect feedback to help improve services and processes
  • Support with administrative tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English
  • 1+ year experience in customer service (or related field)
  • Strong communication & multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
  • Willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends / public holidays)

    • Work Schedule & Location

  • Morning shift : 6am – 3pm (WFH)
  • Noon shift : 10am – 7pm (Office @ The Zizz, Damansara Damai, PJ)
