Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage project-related changes in line with organizational change management processes.
- Raise, track, and close change requests using ServiceNow.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all changes.
- Support the implementation of simple changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Communicate change status and updates to stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements :
Familiarity with ITIL / Change Management processes.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar change management tools.Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Basic understanding of project management principles.Preferred :
Experience in coordinating IT or software development projects.Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.Seniority level
