General Manager Human Resource

Develop HR policies aligned with university goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Implement training and talent development programs. Ensure compliance with labour laws and best practices. Drive employee engagement and organisational culture.
Leads HR strategy and operations to ensure the recruitment, development and retention of high‑quality staff.
Requirements
- Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and HR best practices.
