Hold a diploma or higher qualification. Possess a positive and can-do attitude, contributing to a proactive and collaborative work environment. Proficient in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and collaborate closely with supplier to address and resolve shipment and supply-related issues promptly.
- Maintain effective communication channels with supplier to ensure a smooth shipment schedule and timely arrival of goods. Manage SST-related matters.
- Take charge of all import operations.
- Plan and coordinate transport arrangements for goods collection; organize transportation logistics for efficient delivery from the port directly to the customer's warehouse.
- Follow up on compensation and commission matters with supplier or service providers, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Able to liaise with and manage related custom documents submission.
