Assistant Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager (C&S) to support the delivery of a mission-critical data center project in Cyberjaya. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating civil and structural works, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence in collaboration with the project management and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising civil and structural works for the project.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.
• Review and coordinate drawings, technical submissions, and method statements with consultants and contractors.
• Assist in managing subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and mitigation measures.
• Support in preparation of project reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation .
• Collaborate closely with architectural, MEP, and HSE teams to resolve site challenges and maintain overall project performance.
• Ensure adherence to project safety, quality, and schedule objectives .
