Project Manager - Application Support

Overview

We are hiring a project manager to support our technology operations and risk services team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in incident management, change control, vulnerability tracking, and coordination of system access processes in a dynamic enterprise IT environment. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure stability, risk mitigation, in compliance with regulatory and security standards.

What will you do?

• Leading day-to-day incident management, ensuring timely resolution and communication of production issues.
• Track and manage vulnerabilities across systems, ensuring proper plans are in place and executed for remediation.
• Coordinate and follow through on change requests, especially those related to security patching or vulnerability fixes.
• Manage NPID accounts, ensuring timely password rotation and compliance with security policies.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure alignment with enterprise IT and security standards.
• Provide regular reporting on incident trends, open risks and change requests.
