Overview

This position is accountable for the Account & HR related matters at Jemco. The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring that human resource-related data is implemented in an organized and efficient manner. This position is to work closely with HR Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • In charge of monthly timecard calculation
  • Control all staff uniform and safety shoes
  • Update all documentation in relation to the payroll processing activities on a regular basic
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties as assigned
  • Other HR and Admin ad hoc tasks as and when assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with HR processes such as onboarding, attendance, and employee record management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR systems / software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to start work immediately.
