Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and set achievable targets aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, participating in client meetings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes and adherence to company policies.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market analyses to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Marketing Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing content, participate in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, and contribute to events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitoring and Reporting : Track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or related field, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Initiative and Drive : Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Experience : Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS, or other relevant software preferred.
  • Language Skills : Native / Fluent in Englishis required, while proficiency in Mandarinis preferred.
  • Work Authorization Requirement : Candidates must have valid work authorization in Malaysiato be considered for this position.
