Requirements
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or related field, preferably within the IT industry.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

Software Experience : Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS, or other relevant software preferred.
