Purpose of the Role : As a Solution Architect , you will guide our technical team in designing and delivering state-of-the-art core-banking system solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. You will play a key role in shaping the architectural vision, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core-banking systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and delivering high-quality core-banking system solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure core-banking system solutions that leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the financial services domain.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
