Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring the functions of purchasing & supplies, in compliance with the standards and procedures set out in the village and by the Regional Purchasing Department.
• Validating and generating all orders and supplies.
• Providing statistical support on Purchasing and Supplies to all Department heads to assist in managing their activities.
• Collaborating with the Regional Purchasing Department for all purchasing and stock control activities.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, organized, and able to work efficiently with different departments to contribute to overall success.
