About the Job

The Project Manager will be a central figure in ensuring the successful and cost‑effective delivery of projects, focusing on planning, execution, and team management, with a strong emphasis on site activities and quality control.

Key areas of responsibility include :

Financial & Performance Management : Monitoring project performance against budget, suggesting ways to meet / improve cost , and ensuring cost efficiency by minimizing waste (material, machinery, labor).

Project Planning & Scheduling : Planning and implementing projects to achieve performance objectives, and scheduling projects with logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines.

Regulatory & Client Relations : Arranging inspections and securing authority approvals . Building relationships with clients / consultants to obtain approvals and facilitate project completion.

Site & Resource Management : Preparing and implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) , leading and coordinating all resources (including determining labor requirements and dispatch of workers).

Quality & Improvement : Ensuring personnel abide by the SOP and recommending improvements / new SOPs for better quality or regulatory compliance.

Subcontractor & Claims : Coordinating with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) on claim submission and verifying sub‑contractor claims and timely submission.

Team Development : Providing guidance and coaching to subordinates / site personnel, and identifying / suggesting training for personnel capability / skill gaps.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry
• Experienced in handling end‑to‑end infrastructure projects
• Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive technical knowledge and experience
• Project‑oriented and able to handle projects independently
• Willing to relocate to get involved in the entire cycle of project
