Senior Corporate Communication and Partnership Executive
The Senior Executive, Corporate Communication & Partnership is responsible for enhancing the corporate image, reputation, and visibility of LifeCare Group across all communication channels — both online and offline. This role involves planning, creating, and executing integrated communication strategies, managing media relations, and driving meaningful partnerships that strengthen LifeCare’s public presence and brand value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to strengthen LifeCare Group’s brand identity and positioning.
- Manage and update corporate website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, etc.) to reflect brand tone and ongoing initiatives.
- Produce engaging press releases, feature articles, newsletters, speeches, and corporate write‑ups for internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with business units (Diagnostic, Wellness, MyRehab, Caring Dialysis Centre, Ukiyo Hotel, etc.) to gather content for corporate announcements, success stories, and milestones.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, CSR programmes, media interviews, and public engagements.
- Source and liaise with media partners (print, digital, radio, broadcast) for coverage and exposure opportunities.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on public sentiment, media coverage, and campaign performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose strategic partnerships with corporations, banks, NGOs, universities, and event organisers to expand LifeCare Group’s visibility.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing partners.
- Coordinate partnership activities including health awareness roadshows, sponsorships, talks, and cross‑promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership objectives with corporate goals and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and manage end‑to‑end partnership execution, including follow‑up reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate communication, media relations, or partnership development.Strong writing and storytelling ability with proven experience producing corporate or editorial content.Good understanding of social media management, digital PR, and content marketing.Experience dealing with media, journalists, and event organisers.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple projects independently.Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or corporate communications industry.Existing media and corporate partnership network within Klang Valley.Ability to conceptualise and execute corporate‑level campaigns and PR strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
