Job Description

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process by presenting product comparisons, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about automotive trends, new inventory, features, accessories, and evolving product technologies.
  • Deliver thorough product information and vehicle demonstrations to all prospects.
  • Offer and conduct test drives in accordance with dealership protocols, including obtaining valid identification.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery—ensuring they are cleaned, fueled, and fully operational before customer handover.
  • Assist with the inspection of used vehicles and coordinate submission of necessary loan documentation.
  • Personally deliver sold vehicles, explain key features and warranty details, and finalize all paperwork.
  • Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles, including motorcycles.
  • Willing to travel for appointments outside the inspection hub.
  • Solid understanding of various car makes, models, and automotive systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (minimum Class B2 & Class D).
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Basic Pay : RM1,700.00
