About the role We are seeking a skilled Insurance Collision Repair Claim Admin to join our team at LEE HING MOTORS SDN.BHD in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims and coordinating the repair process for our customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage insurance claims for collision
- Communicate with insurance providers to ensure timely approval and payment of claims
- Collect necessary documents with customers
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all insurance claims and repair activities
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns related to their insurance claims
