We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our SAP consulting and outsourcing services. The successful candidate will manage consulting teams, ensure client satisfaction, and optimize service delivery processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in SAP consulting and project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP consulting and outsourcing services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and monitor the performance of services, respond to system problems and determine the next course of action as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to address their needs and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and solutions.
- Lead and manage consulting teams by providing guidance and support for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery through the implementation of best practices and standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes and methodologies for better service delivery optimisation and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, ensure cost-effective delivery of services, and prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align services with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the consulting services strategy and identify opportunities for expanding services and growing client relationships.
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting, service delivery, or project management experience.Any relevant degree or master degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is a mustStrong knowledge of SAP modules, solutions, systems, infrastructure, and operationsKnowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolioIdeally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certificationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and presentation skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and influencingProficiency in project management tools and softwareAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong sense of organization and time management, disciplineFinancial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecastingExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenSeniority level
