Job Summary : The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled talents. This position requires a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with candidates who possess the technical expertise and cultural fit for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials to engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Selection : Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Selection : Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Screening and Selection : Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Stakeholder Management : Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recruitment Process Management : Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong organizational and time-management skills.What We Offer
