We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract top talent for our company.

Job Summary : The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled talents. This position requires a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with candidates who possess the technical expertise and cultural fit for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials to engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection : Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection : Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection : Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Stakeholder Management : Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Process Management : Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Recruitment Process Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
  • Recruitment Process Management : Prepare and extend job offers, along with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employer Branding : Promote the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Employer Branding : Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
