Job Title : Human Resource Associate Lead – Driving People Operations & Organizational Growth
Job Purpose : To provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring effective time management, communication, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support — Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, draft letters, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Task & Time Management — Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks; remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines; prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Meeting & Event Coordination — Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, liaison with participants and stakeholders, coordinate logistics for events, trainings, and conferences.
- Document Management — Maintain an organized filing system for digital and physical documents; manage confidential records and ensure proper documentation protocols.
- Liaison Role — Serve as a point of contact between the manager and internal / external parties; coordinate communication across departments; relay instructions and follow up on delegated tasks.
- Support in Projects and Ad Hoc Tasks — Assist in tracking progress on key projects; conduct research and compile information as required; provide administrative support for personal or business matters when requested.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Attributes
