Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Finance & Accounts Department
• Preparation of accounts, tax and audit of the company and ensure they are in line with the accounting standards.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc Group reporting, annual budgeting, forecasts and analysis of group financial performance, cost control and variance analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
• Assist senior management and BOD in areas such as internal control, compliance with internal policies and systems efficiency.
• Manage all financial, accounting and tax compliance functions in accordance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Make continuous improvements to the reporting processes and operational efficiency of the business units within the group.
• Preparation of audit and tax schedule for annual filing.
