Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting topics for the APAC & ME with strong hands‑on experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Aid regional and country accountants regarding IFRS topics (accounting advisory, closing and reporting tasks, disclosure requirements).
• Carry out tasks and oversee monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate and support audit activities (internal and external).
• Be a Topic Matter Expert for complex accounting topics.
• Be a strong partner to local businesses within the APAC & ME region and support them in selected tasks.
• Perform financial statement reviews and follow up on action items from the reviews.
• Having additional experience in handling indirect and corporation tax matters would be appreciated.
• Take over project management role for IT‑migration, digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
• Support ad‑hoc requirements / tasks.
