Your Challenges :

  • Support the design, implementation, and operation of SAP ECC & SAP S / 4Hana in a production environment.
  • Assist in maintaining and ensuring compliance with the SAP template for the Technology Center. - Contribute to the design, development, and operation of KPI systems within the area of responsibility.
  • Execute activities related to further development and operation in accordance with IT processes, to ensure compliance, service level agreements, and enable process analysis; assist with initiating process improvements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer through documentation and handovers.

Your Tasks

  • Provide application management support for SAP ECC in the production environment and materials management (optionally, in-house material logistics, warehouse management).
  • Support the S / 4Hana project as a team member or a sub-project lead.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and compliance with the SAP template for the Technology Center.
  • Manage requirements (including coordination and prioritization) and execute the development of the required functionality within the area of responsibility.
  • Independently execute implementations and changes within the assigned application area, as well as within the scope of sub-project responsibility.
  • Provide support to the external implementation partners, including assisting with quality assurance of the services provided.
  • Define test plans and test cases, as well as coordinate testing for developments.
  • Ensure compliance with required regulations (e.g., CSV, data protection) within the area of responsibility, including all changes.
  • Provide user support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level) and user training.
  • Ensure stable operation of the supported application systems by ensuring timely resolution of all incidents within the area of responsibility, as well as assisting with the planning, coordination, and / or execution of system updates.
  • Participate in international user support and inclusion in the IT on-call duty.
  • Area of deployment : All companies within the global Eppendorf Group.

    • Your Expertise

  • 4 years and above of experience in SAP systems, with a focus relevant modules such as SD, MM, WM, PP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is an added advantage
  • Experience in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including system design and configuration.
  • Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd level support, with exposure to 3rd level support being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules related to logistics (SD, MM, WM, PP), including configuration and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business requirements and design solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with global business functions.
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and handle change management effectively.
