Penerangan pekerjaanMachine Setup and Operation : Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers) according to specifications. Load raw materials and secure workpieces. Install and adjust cutting tools and fixtures. Program or edit CNC programs using CAM software or machine-specific languages. Quality Control : Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Use gauges to check that parts are within specified tolerances. Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine errors or alarm codes. Identify and report machine or tooling conditions that could affect quality or safety. Workplace Management : Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and regulations. Complete all necessary production and quality documentation. Collaboration and Improvement : Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to achieve production goals. Participate in process improvement activities to optimize productivity.
