We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Hospital Operations team to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of hospital services. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating interdepartmental functions, and driving process improvements to enhance patient care, service quality, and operational performance. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure effective coordination of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular departmental walk‑abouts to monitor performance and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient service quality.
- Collaborate with the Finance and ICT departments to analyse operational data, identify trends, and support informed decision‑making.
- Prepare and present operational and management reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior management team.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements (MoH, MSQH, MQA) and assist in audit and accreditation preparations.
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and crisis management initiatives under the direction of the COO.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and project support for operational initiatives as assigned by the COO.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations; fresh graduates with strong aptitude and interest in hospital management are encouraged to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Excel with sound knowledge of data analysis and report preparation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical and non‑clinical teams.Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.Job Insights
