Our client is a BPO - Contact Center Outsourcing Leader offer a PERMANENT role with great perks and benefits.

Operating hours : Working Hour : 24 / 7

  • 5 days per week on rotational shift basis from Mon - Sun including weekend & public holiday)
  • Convenient working location (Walk from Ampang Park LRT station).
  • Responsibilities :

  • Handle pre and post reservation inquiries / requests by phone and e-mail.
  • Modify, change and / or cancel existing reservations.
  • Make outbound calls to hotels / guests to arrangement special requests.
  • Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / UEC / O level.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin. Must speak Cantonese.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.
  • Able to work on rotational shift.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
