Job description

Our client is a BPO - Contact Center Outsourcing Leader offer a PERMANENT role with great perks and benefits.

Permanent role
Salary is up to RM3,700 depend on experience & qualification
RM300 language allowance

Operating hours : Working Hour : 24 / 7

5 days per week on rotational shift basis from Mon - Sun including weekend & public holiday)

Convenient working location (Walk from Ampang Park LRT station).

Responsibilities :

Handle pre and post reservation inquiries / requests by phone and e-mail.

Modify, change and / or cancel existing reservations.

Make outbound calls to hotels / guests to arrangement special requests.

Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM / UEC / O level.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin. Must speak Cantonese.

Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.

Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.

Able to work on rotational shift.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
