• Apply scientific and engineering principles to analyze and solve complex software problems.
• Oversee software design, development, and optimization activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Act as a key contributor and technical authority in software engineering, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and proactively offer solutions.
• Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure delivery against commercial and technical goals.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
