Technical Delivery Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for overall project activities
• Manage day-to-day tasks for all resources assigned to the project with scrum master support
• Coordinate project planning across disciplines and monitor plans using standard project controls to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and manage project budget, schedule, and scope
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams; liaise with System Integration, Data Migration, System Setup, and System Development to maximize project success
• Identify solutions and initiate escalation when required
• Escalate actions that could impact schedules, costs, or quality
• Define and manage project plans including work breakdown structures, milestones, risk management, staffing plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify opportunities to accelerate project execution while maintaining quality
• Contribute to capacity and resource staffing analyses
• Deliver complex international software solutions with a diverse team of engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
• Support project controls implementation and conduct periodic reviews to ensure delivery performance
• Demonstrate solid technical appreciation and ability to understand technical designs
• Pre-empt problems and ensure contingency plans are available
